Seeded Sourdough loaf

Sourdough loaf based on the classic country loaf with a blend of 5 seeds, it has a great savoury and nutty flavour. 

5 seed blend: malted wheat flakes, Organic sunflower seeds, Barley flakes, Organic Millet seeds & Jumbo oats

Most of the flour comes for Nonnington Farms (9 miles away) and Matthews from the Costwolds.
