Seeded Sourdough loaf

Made with our staple sourdough loaf mix of flours (rye, wholemeal & white wheat flour) with a blend of 5 seeds added for a toasty, savoury and nutty flavour, with a crunchy crust.

5 seed blend: malted wheat flakes, organic sunflower seeds, barley flakes, organic millet seeds and jumbo oats.

The flour comes from Nonnington Farms (9 miles away) and Matthews of the Cotswolds.
